PebblesOnTheBeach.com is the low or no cost dating and friendship site for expats in Spain.

Is it free?
The first month is free - you can list your profile on the site and contact other members.

After your free one month trial - to contact other members requires an upgrade to full membership for only 4.99 EUR a month with no obligation and no minimum period. You can cancel your membership anytime you like. Obviously we hope you like the site and decide to join, but you are under absolutely no obligation if you do not.

The small membership fee is a recent step introduced to prevent our members being plagued by false or dishonest signups. Read more about this here.

I created the site after I became a single person (again!), and I thought, 'how do meet someone new?'. Being an expat can sometimes mean that your community can sometimes seem quite small.

Thats when I decided to look on the internet and see what kind of meeting sites or community forums there were. There was a decided lack of decent places to meet other expats.

So I decided to create a low/no cost site with as many features as I could make and I'm still planning more!

We run the site for the benefit of the members, not to make huge profits. To cover our server and bandwidth costs we do accept advertising on the site. There is also the option to upgrade to full membership for a small monthly fee of 4.99 EUR.

What can I do?
As much or as little as you want. But we do hope that you contribute and help to build what could be a thriving online community. And importantly we hope you make some new friends.
